Dr. Muhammad Asghar Nawaz

Dr. Muhammad Nawaz is a consultant cardiothoracic surgeon specializing in adult heart and lung surgery. He has expertise in advanced minimal access cardiothoracic procedures, including Uniportal Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery (VATS) and robotic thoracic surgery, as well as cardiopulmonary transplantation.  Dr Nawaz is UK and European Board Certified having trained in the UK and completed the certificate of specialist training from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Dr Nawaz has the privilege to have been awarded the two UK national funded awards for post-CCT fellowships in Robotic surgery and Cardiopulmonary Transplantation that included training in USA and Canada.
