Saudi Aramco and Johns Hopkins Medicine (JHM) are thrilled to celebrate a decade of longstanding partnership. Renewal of our joint venture for the next five years reaffirms the mutual commitment to delivering world-class healthcare.
Renewal of a Commitment to World-Class Healthcare
The renewed partnership will elevate Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) to new heights in enhancing patient care, implementing clinical innovations and setting new healthcare standards.
“The partnership between Saudi Aramco and Johns Hopkins Medicine over the past decade has had a significant impact in elevating the quality of medical care to the highest levels,” said Aqeel Alotaibi, JHAH General Lab Division Director. “Many reasons contributed to this growth, prominently the visiting experts from Johns Hopkins Medicine who enhanced our capabilities to provide outstanding medical care to our patients.”
Elevating Patient Care & Clinical Innovations
As part of the renewed partnership, JHAH is focused on enhancing patient care through continued investment in our people and technology and expanding on vital healthcare services including, expanding our robotic surgery program, increasing access to care, expanding our services and offering healthcare outside our facilities through telehealth, home healthcare and delivery of needed medications.
These initiatives among others are a testament to JHAH’s strong commitment to advancing healthcare standards and enhancing the patient experience.
A Memorable Celebration
On September 30, 2024, JHAH held a celebration marking a decade of successful partnership. Attendees included JHAH board members, the Chief Executive, C-suite executives, employees and representatives from JHM, who gathered to celebrate ten years of shared accomplishments.
Dr. Michael Walsh, the JHAH Chief Executive, reflected on previous accomplishments “Together, we have set new standards in primary and specialty care, completing over 100 clinical rotations and more than 50 knowledge transfer initiatives with our colleagues from Johns Hopkins Medicine that have had a direct, positive impact on thousands of patients and their families.”
