Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Tahini Drizzle
A winter favorite—simple, sweet and comforting
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp honey or date syrup
- A squeeze of lemon
Instructions
- Slice sweet potatoes into wedges, drizzle with oil and salt.
- Roast at 200°C for 30–40 minutes.
- Mix tahini, honey or date syrup and lemon into a creamy sauce.
- Drizzle over hot sweet potatoes before serving.
