Alanood has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam and a Master’s Degree in Science of Rehabilitation from Loma Linda University in the United States. She is also certified in advanced therapeutic techniques, including Mulligan techniques and spiral stabilization.
Before joining JHAH, Alanood worked at the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center in Dammam and Saad Specialty Hospital in Al-Khobar.
A dedicated member of both the Saudi Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association, Alanood has been actively involved in the Eastern Region Saudi Physical Therapy Association since 2016, serving as its president from 2020 to 2021.
In addition to her clinical work, Alanood contributes to the field of physical therapy through research. She has published two studies: Effect of Telerehabilitation Assessment for Adults with Musculoskeletal Conditions on Access to Care Beyond the Covid-19 pandemic and Prevalence of Neck Pain Among Cabin Crew of Saudi Airlines.
