Baneen Al Sawad, RN, BSN, MSN, CPHQ, CSSGB is a Continuous Quality Improvement Consultant and the Manager of Nursing Operational Excellence Unit at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare, where she leads Magnet Recognition Program, accreditation activities including (JCIA, CBAHI, and Planetree), and leads organizational & nursing services KPIs. Graduated from Monash University in 2014 with Master of Science in Nursing focus on Quality Improvement and Patient Safety within Healthcare Systems and enrolled to study Doctorate of Business Administration in June, 2024. She joined Saudi Aramco Medical Services Organization (SAMSO) in 2005 and has accumulated 20 years of diverse experiences ranging from Clinical Nursing to Nursing Leadership, Bed Management, Accreditation, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Initiatives and certified as solo Nursing CBAHI Surveyor in 2020. Baneen is assigned as a Magnet Program Director in August, 2021. In her current role, areas of focus include shared governance, clinical advancement program, and supporting strategic planning within nursing and at the organization level to achieve higher levels of excellence in Nursing Engagement, Patient Experience, Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Indicators. Baneen is an experienced national and international speaker. She is a transformative and outcome-driven Nurse Leader who sets exemplary benchmarks for herself and her team. As a leader, she places the highest focus on clinical outcomes, while empowering her team to reach their full potential.
