Dr. Dinah Steele is the Director, Magnet Program and Nursing Clinical Excellence at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital. Dr. Steele has practiced nursing for over 35 years in a variety of roles. She joined the professional nursing staff at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital in 1995, just after they were awarded their first Magnet designation. She has vast experience with professional governance at the unit, organization, and system-level as a clinical nurse and nurse leader. Dr. Steele oversees Emory Saint Joseph’s Magnet® Program and was instrumental in achieving their 6th Magnet designation and 7th Magnet with Distinction designation. |
