Dr. Greer Barlow brings over 35 years of nursing experience, beginning as a Labor Ward Midwife during the Gulf War and advancing through key leadership roles, including leading JHAH’s successful accreditation as a Baby-Friendly Hospital in 2024 and the Epic EHR implementation in 2011.
She is honored to moderate the Transformational Leadership panel at the 2025 Nursing Congress, themed ‘Driving a Culture of Excellence.’ Greer is passionate about adaptive science, nurse-led innovation, and scalable solutions to persistent health challenges.
