Among her notable achievements, she played a pivotal role in securing accreditation for the first College of Nursing at Imam Abdurrahman Bin Faisa University, and in establishing the Nursing Professional Development and Quality Improvement Program in the Eastern Province. She also holds the distinction of being the first Vice President for Nursing Affairs at Makkah Healthcare, setting new benchmarks in nursing leadership and organizational development.
