Ms. Kholoud AlShammari is the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer at Nursing Affairs, King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center. She completed the Nurse Director Fellowship in 2019 and the Nurse Executive Fellowship in 2022 with the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL).
Ms. AlShammari has extensive experience in CBAHI accreditation, serving as a surveyor for both hospital and ambulatory care settings. With over 24 years of nursing experience at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center, she is a seasoned Nurse Executive recognized for her leadership and commitment to excellence.
She has been an integral part of three Magnet accreditations at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSH&RC), demonstrating exceptional leadership and contribution to the success of nursing operations. She has also coached and mentored eight head nurses, supporting their advancement into leadership roles both within and beyond KFSH&RC.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from King Saud University, Riyadh, and an Executive MBA. She is also a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
