Kim Kuperman comes with 22 years of nursing experience in multiple pediatric specialties, as well as adult same day surgery. Kim is a BSN graduate from Arizona State University and an MSN graduate from the University of South Florida. experiences range from clinical nurse to nurse educator to nurse leader. As RN Professional Practice Director, Kim provides oversight for nursing education and the Magnet recognition program. In her current role, areas of focus include shared governance, clinical ladder expansion, mentorship, and supporting strategic planning within nursing and at the organization level. As Magnet Program Director, Kim led Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital through its second Magnet designation in 2024.
