Primary Care

Welcome to Primary Care at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH), where our Care Team model means that doctors, nurses, case managers, practice coordinators and schedulers work together as a team to support your continuity of care.

We make an effort to build relationships and we care about you and your family. Continuity of care is associated with a higher standard of quality and better long-term health and wellbeing.

What is Primary Care?

We offer an outstanding level of care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions. We aim to enhance your health through a comprehensive approach encompassing your mental and physical wellbeing. Prevention is the first step in healthcare. To help you in that journey, we provide a range of wellness programs, including early detection screening, weight loss, smoking cessation and pregnancy wellness.

Should you or your family suffer serious illness, or require specialist treatment, we will coordinate your care with JHAH’s specialized services. Your Care Team’s expert knowledge and long-term understanding of your medical history and background mean you can be treated more effectively.

Find out more about how to make appointments, request a medication refill and access your lab results through MyChart, or call the Nurse Care Line, from anywhere in the world, and discover what to do if you have an urgent problem. See the immunization schedule to ensure you are on the right track.

Telephone Visit for Primary Care

With a JHAH Telephone Visit, your doctor will call you directly. You do not need a MyChart account and, before your visit, we will contact you with any preparation details you need. Primary Care Telephone Visits are a great fit for both adult and pediatric patients and can be used for a new concern, follow-up, or medication refill appointments.

JHAH policy requires a parent/guardian to be present during a Telephone Visit for patients younger than 18 years of age. Telephone Visits are available for Pediatric patients. Please see age bracket definition below:

Dhahran: 12 years and below

Al-Hasa and 'Udhailiyah: 14 years and below
