To book a Dental Services appointment please call the centralized number 800-305-4444 to book a first or follow-up appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call 800-305-4444 at least 24 hours before your appointment so that the appointment can be made available to another patient.
Once you are referred to a Specialty Clinic, you can schedule your first appointment for most Specialty Clinics on MyChart. Alternatively, you can call our centralized number 800-305-4444 to book a first or follow-up appointment.
Please note that follow-up appointments for Specialty Clinics can only be scheduled through the call center to ensure continuity of care with the assigned physician.
