Chicken & Barley Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup barley
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1–2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt
  • Water or broth

Instructions
