We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Emergency Room Observation Area in Dhahran.
This state-of-the-art facility has been designed to support the highest standards of emergency care, ensuring a smoother experience for patients who require monitoring, treatment, or reassessment.
The Observation Area is a specialized clinical space within the Emergency Department for patients who need short-term evaluation before being safely discharged or admitted to the hospital.
The expanded space improves patient flow across the Emergency, Observation, and Urgent Care areas and helps reduce congestion while maintaining comfort and privacy.
Key Enhancements:
- A larger observation area to better support patient care
- 14 observation beds – a 75% increase in capacity
- Closed bays for enhanced comfort and privacy
- New CT scan and ultrasound rooms to enable faster assessment and treatment decisions
