Important: Understanding Your Coverage

To help ensure a smooth billing process, please note the following:

Please make sure that the medical services you receive at JHAH are covered under your insurance plan.

Why this matters: Some insurance plans require pre-authorization even for urgent or certain specialized medical services.

In case of non-coverage or denied services

If your insurance provider does not cover the services under your insurance plan, you may choose to continue receiving care on a self-pay basis, in accordance with JHAH policies.

We encourage you to contact your insurance provider as soon as possible to understand your coverage details, co-pay amounts, and requirements related to your current visit.

  • MDF-registered patients: Please refer to Saudi Aramco GI 151.001, Section 6.0.
  • Other private insurance holders: Please contact your insurance provider directly
    for any inquiries related to coverage.
